Shipping

Please make note that there are NO VERBAL PROMISES made by ANY representatives of K4 Insulation Machines with regard to product shipping dates or shipping times for product en route. K4 Insulation Machines is not responsible for any monetary losses due to a product's ship date or shipping time.

We offer free shipping only for insulation vacuum bags using UPS Ground. Your order will ship the same day if placed before 2:00 pm PST, otherwise it will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the next business day.  When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email notification with a tracking number to track the status and estimated delivery date of your order. *Average transit time is 2 to 4 days. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes unless we are contacted first to quote additional shipping charges.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout and will be paid by the customer.  

Please note: We only offer free shipping to addresses within the contiguous UNITED STATES. If you would like to place an order that is shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, please call (928) 352-3280 or email us at support@k4insulationmachines.com and we will provide a shipping quote. You will only pay the actual shipping cost.  

Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay for the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

If you need to return an item, please contact us by email at support@k4insulationmachines.com including your name, order number and reason for returning the product. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return your order. You can also call us at (928) 352-3280.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process your refund (5 to 10 business days).
